90-Day Tariff Pause
On April 9, President Donald Trump announced:
- A 90-day pause on reciprocal tariffs for countries that have not imposed retaliatory tariffs against the U.S.
- While the higher reciprocal tariffs announced on April 2 have been paused, a 10% baseline tariff will remain in effect across these countries.
- The President also levied a 125% retaliatory tariff on goods from China.
