Tariff Relief Granted For Critical PPE Products

The United States Trade Representative (USTR) issued over 100 exclusions for numerous medical products including critical personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, gowns, and surgical masks. HIDA and our members consistently provided comments and testimony to USTR about the importance of excluding healthcare products from tariffs.
